About Stayclean
Bristol window cleaners since 1997.
From one red Fiesta and a small local round to an experienced team cleaning Bristol homes, businesses and high-level properties.
A local business with a long memory
Built in Bristol.
Still here.
Stayclean is a family-run Bristol window cleaning company established in 1997. We have grown from a small local round into an experienced team serving homes and businesses across the city.
Growth has never meant losing the useful things customers value: knowing who is coming to the property, receiving clear communication and getting careful, consistent work. The vehicles and equipment have changed considerably; the approach has not.
Our early vehicles
From a red Fiesta to a growing Bristol fleet.
Stayclean began with one local round, basic traditional equipment and whatever could carry the ladders. These three vehicles mark the early stages of the business before today’s purpose-built vans and pure-water systems.
All photographs above show genuine Stayclean people and vehicles. The earliest vehicle history is retained in the written story because no verified archive photographs were found in the media library.
How the work evolved
The equipment changed. The standards did not.
In 2005 we became an early Bristol adopter of pure-water window cleaning. Water-fed poles helped us clean higher and more awkward glazing efficiently from the ground, leaving glass free from detergent residue.

Reliable residential window cleaning across BristolWhat has not changed
A modern service built on fairly old-fashioned standards.
New equipment is valuable, but it is not what makes a service dependable. Customers remember whether a company communicates, takes care around their property and does what it said it would do.
Clear communication
Practical updates and straightforward answers, without making a simple job complicated.
Care around property
Professional methods selected for the building, the access and the work required.
Local experience
Almost three decades of cleaning Bristol homes, businesses and difficult glazing.
Properly equipped
Pure-water systems, carbon-fibre poles and specialist equipment where the job needs it.
Bristol is not just a keyword
It is where the business grew.
Our work ranges from regular residential window cleaning to shops, offices, hotels, managed buildings and high-level glazing. We also provide professional gutter clearing for Bristol homes and commercial properties.
Different buildings need different methods. That is why we use pure-water pole systems for much of our external work, traditional tools for internal glass and specialist access or gutter-vacuum equipment when required.
